Had been going to this place for more than a year but todays customer service was the tipping point. Thankyou but yall lost my business at least. Having purchasing weekly, one vape stops working and the rep tells me its just clogging when i told her the liquid does not burn as it was earlier But anyway! Not heading there anymore✌🏼
**Edit: The manufacturer was kind enough to hear me out and report the complaint and provide a compensation for malfunctioning vape. And yes i was kind at shop and i still am, im just unhappy with the level of CS provided that morning. Why tell people u have 7days to exchange refund when you denied me an exchange within 1.5day? And the vape is clogged, only because SOME smoke comes out does not mean its FINE. Anyway i have found better, thanks for service!
