| I was in the store last week and witness a young worker male, serviced someone that was definitely under the influence of alcohol, when I mentioned it they could not smell it and told me they are regulars…. it but it was evident. Also my product was over a year old and my other purchases in addition were from 2023…. Was not impressed. This hasn't been the first time there's been times I've come in the store I've heard other staff talk in a sexual manner, it was a male with other staff customers I understand that people have humour but that is not appropriate for the workplace. When I've brought this to other people in the community, they had stories to tell of other people being served there under the influence and that's common that people don't get refused People are definitely allowed to purchase more product than legally allowed I've heard that someone has taken a bowl Movement on the floor and they still serve him. I've heard stories that staff has been threatened and they still serve those people as well. I'm assuming safety is not a concern there and it seems like maybe the need to step up and be more concerned for their staff, products that are old "dates' at high prices. I have removed my account and will be happy to receive fresh product for a 30-40% less expensive and go to portage or Morden and soon winkler ! I feel for the people that are stuck having to pay those outrageous prices for dry old products Because of time or means to travel 20 mins. | ||
