| Went in here for the first and last time. Entered the store and with help picked out a bong to buy. The cashier helped me with cannabis I was buying with the bong while other worker packaged it. I opened the box after it was packaged, just to take a peak. The cannabis package was also thrown in the box. I noticed the person who packaged it didnt put the foam in and commented that everything was just loose in the box. The cashier who had helped me the most, an older lady, made a comment that was sarcastic and uncalled for. She said something along the lines of calling me pleasant for noticing their poor packaging. I left the store after being rude back, which caused her to burst out laughing at me. I was already having an incredibly bad day before this. I decided to go back in and state that when I purchase glass I expect it to be packaged properly, the packaged was still holding the foam that was meant to be in the box. The older rude lady just said "you can leave now" instead of addressing any concerns. | ||
