| Management, PLEASE train your staff, they're really not knowledgeable with products, stocks, customer service, troubleshooting, nor communication. It's beautiful to give people a chance to provide for themselves and work; but TRAIN them well, we're paying customers and there's a minimum level of service quality we're ready to put up with, and your service is below basic expectations. The prices aren't the best there is neither. All of this, makes a 5 minutes easy transaction last 30 minutes. | ||
