| The gentleman who was working tonight (tall, kind of ginger with some scruff) between 7:50pm and 8:00pm was incredibly friendly and professional, despite being the only associate on the floor. He was managing the lineup, while still being helpful to customers AND checking ID's at the door. And he still greeted and said goodbye to every customer in a very pleasant and friendly way. He could have been rude and rushed people, so it was impressive to see how cool and polite he was...but he definitely could have used some help! | ||

| Went here for the first time and it was just Mike in the store. He's a wizard when it comes to explaining how certain things work, and makes good suggestions, on top of him valuing customer experience and wanting us to feel comfortable and know what we're buying. Will definitely come back soon! | ||
