| During my visit, the night staff did not acknowledge customers. There were no greetings, thank-yous or wishes for a good night. It's the small interactions like these that really impact the overall experience. I understand that everyone has off days, but this still made me feel unwelcome. | ||

I look over 40. I am 42. You are selling something that people consume to relax. How about you relax a little. What happens when you have a 70-year-old client? Are you still asking for ID to make sure they are not a minor? | ||
