| I made an online order for a pre roll, but when I went to go pick it up I was unable to get it due to the policy of showing the card you paid with. Due to using a different banking app (wealthsimple) and not having the physical card I wasn't allowed to get it even though I had already paid for it and showed the card on my phone. the employee that was there was very nice and apologetic which I understand and appreciate because they are just doing their job but I find this to be a big inconvenience after ordering online and now i have to wait several days for a refund I did this so I didn't have to wait and because i'm travelling a distance. Hibuzz is my preferred place to buy but after today I don't think I will continue buying from them | ||
