| My husband went is yesterday to vuy something for me. We normally buy from OCS I ran out of what I usally use. My husband was very straight with the sales guy. He stated clearly that we need eith capsules or sublingual strips. He said to the guy we need those as my wife cant take anything by nouth she has tube that she put medicine and formula in. He bought whatvwas suggested. We got home and opened ro use. It was moon rocks or something. It was in pill for like a tablet. We called immediately and the employee said we'll it cant be opened it to return my husband i explained to you what I need and you sold me something wrong. He said gow would I knkw what you sold if I didn't open it. He went back to the store and the employee all I can do is give 15 percent. My husband very upset he said ok sell these tincture and I will pay the difference employee called management and they were no help they hung up the employee very professional. My husband threw the package on the counter and said im taking a product that wr can not use. I told my wife needs you sold ne the wrong item. My husband said I will disputing the charge on our credit card. The employee said we cant do that. We did not take the product they were in the wrong and they are the ones that should be correcting the situation. The staff officially have no knowledge of the product they sell. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this store. They are outrageous pricing as well. Whatever he sold us .. | ||
