| Check the packaging date before you buy anything here. I've been a repeat customer at the Chapman Mills location in Barrhaven for a long time, but after my experience on March 28, I won't be returning. I spent over $80 and was sold pre-rolled joints that were packaged on November 8, 2025 — more than five months old. I didn't notice the packaging date at the time of purchase, and only realized after opening them and trying one later that night. They had no aroma and tasted terrible — clearly not a fresh or properly maintained product. The next morning, I went back to the store to request an exchange, and it was refused. That's unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to double-check packaging dates every time they make a purchase just to avoid getting stale product. If you're shopping here, I strongly recommend checking the packaging dates before buying anything. Based on my experience, product freshness and customer service are not being prioritized. Very disappointing. | ||
