| If you come to high ties do not deal with a guy named James doesn't know what he's doing or how to handle people I walked and there is a guy on a personal phone call laughing and joking while I'm trying to be served in like I always do been coming here for a while as I'm walking out I open to one of the packages and noticed one of them was broken in half when I went back up to the counter guy and showed him he refused to exchange or give me my money back not that I want my money back I just wanted an exchange instead sends me back out and tells me it's not his problem that he doesn't roll the pre-rolls he ended up giving me a empty cone i have a broken arm and cannot roll this is why I came and got pre-rolls totally unacceptable this and then when I asked what the manager's name is he refused to tell me i had to ask him 10 times before he told me his name was James super Shady guy don't go there he looks like a little guy black hair and piercings. Maybe the manager will see this rating and trying contact me to make things right if not I will never be returning there again and neither should any of you | ||
