| Michael is a G. He knows what's up, every time I come in I take awhile because I have hard time deciding what to get with all the options and wanting to try new things. But Michael takes his time, doesn't rush me, and suggests products he think would be a good fit for what I'm looking for. Sometimes with bud tenders they suggest things but the product suggestion isn't the greatest and you don't really get the effects you're looking for or they just sell you product that they don't know much about or haven't tried. Michael on the other hand gives options, is patient, and will give you his personal opinion if you ask. Every time he suggests something the product is mint. The location is convenient because it in the Byward Market, it's not my go to location but when I need it for convenience and Michael is working it's always a great experience! He definitely gives amazing customer service. | ||
