| Super helpful knowledgeable staff. Update. Still super wonderful staff members, but unfortunately, I do need to change it from a 5 star review to a 1 star. Stopped in last weekend and purchased a bag of Value Bud brand flower, and silly me, I did not even think to check the date it was packaged. Upon getting home and opening said flower, it was bone dry and absolute crap. Checked the package date. JULY 21,2023. I emailed customer service and called the store to see what they do to fix this. No one has gotten back to me, and I doubt they will. BUYER BEWARE Ensure you check your dates before leaving the store!!! I'm done with Value buds. And yes, I have resent you the email I had originally sent in to the same address. Thank you | ||
