| The products are good, but my experience with customer service was disappointing. I've had two interactions with one female employee where her attitude came across as rude and uninterested when I asked questions or needed help. She did help me, but it felt like she didn't want to be there and her energy towards me was off, especially during checkout. On the other hand, one of the male employees was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to answer questions, show me products, and made the experience comfortable without seeming annoyed or irritated. Because this happened more than once, I personally won't be returning. I hope management works on improving customer service because the products themselves are ok. | ||
