| I recently visited One Plant in North Oshawa. The staff member who helped me — I believe the manager, short blonde hair with glasses — was friendly and welcoming at first. I asked about the current specials and was directed to a promotion where buying 14g gets you a free T-shirt. I ended up purchasing two qualifying products, so naturally I expected two shirts with the order. However, after paying, I noticed I was only given one. When I asked about the second shirt, the response I got was, "If you want." That rubbed me the wrong way. It felt strange that I had to specifically ask for part of a promotion I had already qualified for, especially since there was no mention beforehand that only one would be provided unless requested. It came across as a bit unprofessional and left me wondering whether customers are always receiving the promotions they're entitled to unless they speak up. Overall, the interaction was polite, but the handling of the promotion felt questionable and put a sour note on the experience. | ||

| The location was nice. Staff are not pushy. Cameron who helped us was cool and made some good recommendations. Touchscreen order menus are a little buggy. But overall a good experience. | ||

| I will tell you straight up I don't like this place. I walked in asking for the highest thc % for their indica and the lady made a point to walk me over to her board to point out a name and a thc% written on a card. She also pointed out some lower percentage options as well as non indica options. I didn't want any of it. Just the highest thc % for an indica. Either she doesn't know her catalogue well or she is so into her unimpressive selection board that she must waste my time by having me look at it. Lastly the guy standing in the tweety cage, looked uncomfortable. That made me feel uncomfortable as he stared at me read (the unimpressive board) I'm not coming back, but they get two stars for offering me a bag to put my groceries in. | ||
