| I'd been here a few years back and had a great experience, but this visit felt like a step backwards. The service was cold and minimal. The only interaction I had was at checkout. When I asked for recommendations or advice, I was simply told "it's all there." What made it more frustrating was being prompted for a tip despite receiving no real service. Disappointing experience overall. | ||
