| I'm a regular at this store and have never had any issues with the staff. However, I visited the store this evening and I observed a male employee with long hair in a ponytail interacting differently with customers based on their race. In particular, Black customers and other people of colour appeared to receive more scrutiny and less welcoming service compared to white customers. For instance verifying people's names after they gave their profile information and asking for I.D. upon entry. I did not experience this, nor did I see other white customers experience this treatment. I won't be returning. | ||
