| Just went few hours back as I never had been to new west before so was recommended by friend. Went there as soon as I enter the punjabi security guard ask for ID which is reasonable in a cannabis store but after me there were 10-11 person 1-2 I'd he asked and was busy staring at me idk why. As soon as I start calling my friend to know which one he had he comes rushing to me saying I cannot use a cellphone in store. I was about to get the stuff I wanted but that biest behaviour made me upset. It shpuld be equal to all customers not the selected ones. Anyway please train your security staff I see comment above as well. Else you guys will loose business.. | ||

| I tried calling them 3 times just to place an order. the page was not letting me create an account and response was contact the support which i did and receiver on both the occasion however ifk might be the same person or different but was very oblivious of the situation. He just said sorry we could do nothing about it we can't create the account so I said ok is it OK if I do it in store if the your page has the problem than he denied that as well. The second the same I could create the account I called this time it was so busy that the response was not even proper. I also didn't wanted the full discount I just wanted to visit the store if discounts are applicable but the unwhelming nature of the receiver made me switch the store .. I called the other store it just said you caN come and we shall recommend good weed in best price that's what we all need. I didn't got any stuff from here so do not know the quality just to let them know .. thank you. Also I have never ever rated any cannabis store in BC this low even if the product was not well I would rate decent but it has a customer service issue so I have to rate it honestly.. | ||
