Usually a great place to shop for all of your THC related wants. However, I was here a few weeks ago and purchased 5 or 6 items. When I got home, I realised that one of my items was missing from the bag I was given. The next time I visited the store, about a week later, I brought it up to one of the clerks and I was told that they would leave a note for one of the managers to look into it, never heard back. Brought it up again during the visit after that, the clerk went to the back to speak to a manager, came back out, and I was just given a flat "Sorry, there's nothing I can do for you"
No attempt of any kind to try and look into it, as far as I could tell, just a flat ol' "Too bad, so sad"
I read another review on here about customers getting flack from management for trying to exchange a cracked bong. Seems like there may be a bit of a trend at this location when it comes to management not handling returns, exchanges, and/or missing items very well.
Make sure you check that ALL of your items are in your bag before you leave this store, otherwise you'll be out a $30+ purchase.
