I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding an interaction I had at your store recently. I have been a loyal customer for over five years and have frequently recommended your business to my friends and network. Because of this, I wanted to bring a serious issue to your attention.
I recently dealt with an employee named Jose, and I found his conduct to be unprofessional and rude. The interaction was not consistent with the high level of service I have come to expect from your establishment.
As someone who values your business, I felt it was important to reach out directly. I believe that Jose would benefit significantly from additional customer service training to better align with the expectations of the local community. It is my hope that you will address this matter internally so that other long-term customers do not have similar experiences.
