| I usually go to this location but today at around 12pm, the lady with short brown hair and glasses was not very pleasant. She sighed loudly several times when I was taking my time to look through the binder. Then, I asked if she had any recommendations for pre rolls with a higher than 3% terpene content and she sighed loudly again and stated several times that most products dont list the terpene content (this is not true, I used to work at a dispensary. I realize a lot of them dont but there are several brands that do). She found one and recommended that then didnt say any others. I asked if I could see the product and she refused saying "what do you want to know" it was policy (I know it's their policy but normally, the other staff hold the product so I can at least look at the label). I decided not to press the issue and since I was not allowed to look at the product, I decided to get what I know has a higher (or close to) than 3% terpene content which is gran torismo by tribal, Hawaiian snowcone and animal runtz by 1spliff. In my humble opinion, someone working at a dispensary should at the very least have a small knowledge of their products in case someone asks for a recommendation. I was planning on spending more money to get a few new products as well as my regular items but decided against it as the woman seemed very annoyed. I will continue to return as most of the staff have been lovely. I hope the woman who helped me has a better day as it seemed she wa .. | ||
