After five years as a loyal, high-spending customer, I'll no longer be supporting your businesses.
Recently, I—and other customers—were treated with clear disrespect over a new no-pet policy that was enforced abruptly and without consideration. My dog is highly trained, calm, and has been welcomed for years by your wonderful managers and staff. Visiting your stores was always a positive experience for both of us.
I understand that an incident occurred involving a dog, but placing a blanket ban on all pets due to a single situation—especially one unrelated to responsible pet owners—feels unfair and reactionary. Policies based on personal incidents should be handled with balance, not at the expense of loyal customers.
The only reason I continued shopping at these already overpriced stores was the community atmosphere and the relationships with staff. Without that, there's no incentive to return—especially when other local businesses are 10–20% cheaper and remain pet-friendly.
This is disappointing and sad, because it didn't need to end this way.
My hope in leaving this review is that the owners reflect on how policies are implemented and how customers are treated. We're all human beings, and mutual respect should always come first.
I wish the staff the best—they've always been excellent—but you've lost my business going forward.
