| Policies at this dispensary are an invasion of privacy. Insisted on photographing front and back of credit card and drivers license with some courier' cell phone, and signature for in person, pre-paid purchase. Bicycle courier rude and customer service tried to cancel order when I complained and said that i was being rude to the courier who just constantly interrupted anything i said. They have enough information to steal identity. Done with this place. Last time I purchased in person at the location and they messed around with my credit card and made me give a signature also. Can you imagine if the LCBO wanted your signature and photographs every time you purchase a bottle. I've been to many dispensaries and they have never asked for so much personal information. Do you let a bartender take pictures of your credit cards and drivers license? And then your signature after you've already paid? Didn't think so. I may be the first negative review but I assure you that if a person who's presenting their drivers license to you in person and paying with their credit card is not enough then many more people will complain. Why do you want to copy my information if I'm standing in front of you? It's 2024, why do you want my signature? Now I'm seeing the photos of my driver's license on the tracking website used by the courier with a download button!! I really regret trusting this place. I feel like my privacy and security has been compromised for shopping here. You say "ever .. | ||
