| I'm going to start this off with giving 5 stars to the team working right now named Hope and Julian. Amazing people who are very kind and hard working and made my experience incredible! However, because of how amazing they truly are, they mentioned something I have not been aware of since being in Ontario as I have an paid membership (elite) account that I made in Alberta since your opening in Edmonton back in around 2016 or so. In Alberta, I was receiving my membership discount on the regular, however; Hope and Julian informed me that apparently corporate does not have out of province memberships therefore; I have not been receiving my discounts although I have a elite membership in Alberta. This is incredibly frustrating and I feel like I am being blacklisted as a customer for simply being in another province. Because of this, if makes me not see really a point in continuing to visit Canna Cabana if I am not being valued as a supportive customer to your business.. Ontario has various dispensaries who provide quality and value whilst being inclusive to me being someone out of province. Please do better. I will unfortunately be buying elsewhere since I am not interested in paying full price while having an account that is essentially lying that I would have benefits. Thank you. | ||
