| I always and I mean always have a positive experience at this location. The staff are always knowledgeable and efficient in helping you find what you need. They are so patient too which is nice because sometimes you just don't know what you want. The last time I came was during beaches jazz festival and they were giving peach/mandarin slushies out. Which honestly, I really appreciated. Definitely come here as well for the selection. They carry a good amount of everything! | ||

| I have only visited this location a few times. However, the staff always seem very friendly and informed. The prices are what they are, this is a value brand of cannabis stores. So I mean you need to accept it for what it is. A chain that sells cannabis products. I would say if you know what you want and are familiar with the going price of various products then you should be fine. This isn't a boutique cannabis store and that should temper your expectations. I think the chain as a whole is fine and this location is good. My one star down was because a couple times I didn't care for the quality of some of the items. I wish they would curate a bit better on product selection. | ||

| Can't believe I never wrote a review for this spot. It is easily one of the nicest cannabis shops in Toronto. The space is stunning, with a jazz, speakeasy-style vibe that feels elevated and thoughtfully designed. The fixtures are rich and beautifully done, making the whole experience feel more refined than your typical shop. One of the things they do really well is helping you find what you are actually looking for. They offer curated selections based on the kind of experience or mood you want, which takes away that overwhelming feeling and makes it much easier to choose. I always enjoy stopping in when I am in the area, and if you are looking for a more refined, intentional cannabis shopping experience, this is definitely the spot. | ||

| Excellent cannabis shopping experience. My partner actually turned us on to this spot because they gave him snacks or water when he bought. Which if that's a regular thing, that's so nice of y'all. I went in on Good Friday and the lovely blonde haired women was super helpful and recommended some good stuff. Good experience all around and impressive selection of offerings | ||

| I'm really sorry to have to do this because some of the staff here are great - only Violet seems to be the remaining capable staff left. This location need a new manager. Over the past few months it's not uncommon to go to this location and find out it's closed. Always the same thing, a sign claiming there is unforeseen circumstances and they are closed for hours at a time. Always when the heavier set beaded man is working. There is a clear staffing issue here and has been for a while. Last night though was what is unacceptable. We went in and found a rather lengthy line of people. The women, a long haired south Asian women was having a dispute with a customer, they left. We told the staff what we wanted. She didn't know where any of the items were and couldn't find our item, we gave her multiple options of items to choose. We ended up taking something we didn't ask for because it was just easier. She didn't know any of the products. Left the locked cases open with almost a dozen customers in store. She couldn't work the register, couldn't count out cash - she literally couldn't count physical money. She kept announcing this was her first shift and that she doesn't know anything about cannabis. This was 10pm and on a Thursday with a full store. Not only did she put her own safety a risk, she put the customers safety at risk. Every interaction was like this. This individual was not only not trained to work in a cannabis location, she had no basic service or retail sk .. | ||

| I am glad that the Tokyo Smoke is gone from this location and a different provider has taken it place. I really liked the staff that they had and I am glad that they were kept on. I do wish they had more product, its a big retail footprint I will admit and probably hard to fill. The prices are good and the staff are friendly so I will come back and remain a customer. Really, though the staff try hard and are friendly so if you can get past the smaller selection you will love this spot! | ||

| What a fun surprise this space is. You go in and it's like one room but then it's many huge rooms. They carried almost everything and products I haven't seen before, really great selection. It's also all out and visible which makes it easy to see what's actually available.. The staff was super helpful and wonderful. Overall it was a super experience and I would come here again. | ||

| It is very important to mention. This is an actual cannabis store. It sounds like it's equipment for growing but it's actually a spacious and well stocked store. We went in because one of the staff was outside and informed us. We purchased some items and Dario and Aiden were very helpful. We will visit again and it's nice to see a clean and well laid out dispensary. | ||

| What a fun spot. My partner and I stumbled here on a lark. Paul and Fahad were so much fun. Very informative about the selection and we have to say it was a nice change. Normally cannabis stores are cold and sterile. This place was fun and had so much character. Really enjoyable and we will be coming back to support this local and independent small business. | ||
