| The owner was shouting and using inappropriate language toward a group of school-aged children. At one point, she threatened to call the police and that she was security guard and claimed a stone was being used as a weapon, which did not appear to be the case. What made this more troubling was that the interaction escalated quickly, and the children were scared and intimidated.the owner was taking photos of the children, which felt unnecessary and inappropriate given the situation. Another nearby business witness indicated the children had not done anything to provoke this response. This kind of behavior toward minors is unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, there should be a level of professionalism and restraint, especially when dealing with children. I would not feel comfortable supporting a business where interactions escalate like this. | ||
