| The most uncomfortable part of shopping here wasn't even the pricing — it was watching the staff repeatedly have to disappoint customer after customer over advertised prices that apparently only apply if you're part of some "buyer's club." They won't even sell to you unless you are a member. They show a member price and a regular price but neither are available unless you are in their buyers club. Doesn't smell like a pot store. Smells like a shakedown. A lot of people walking through those doors clearly don't realize that until they get to the counter. By the time the staff explains it for the tenth or twentieth time that day, they seem completely emotionally detached from the interaction. Not rude in an explosive way — worse — just cold, exhausted, and utterly indifferent. The whole atmosphere feels less like a neighborhood shop and more like a bait-and-switch membership scheme with a layer of smugness over top. If you enjoy feeling talked down to while discovering the advertised prices aren't actually for you, this may be your place. Otherwise, you'd probably have better luck scraping together roaches behind the alley. At least there are no membership requirements back there. Finally, if you assume I just go out and make bad reviews I've done about 40 here in Edmonton and the huge majority of them are positive. In this case I feel it's not so much a negative review as a warning to other potential customers to shop anywhere else, to avoid massive disappointm .. | ||

| Every time I go in there I'm greeted in a friendly open happy manner, that makes me glad I showed up. The staff is knowledgeable about the product and can answer any question I might have. Their prices are always great and they're open late... What more could you want? | ||
