| I got your dose drops "Calm thc-free" as a way for me to manage better my stress levels. My first experience with your product was bad. Your child-resistant package took me a whole 30 minutes to solve how to open the container with the help of scissors. Every time I try to open it, it still takes me a couple of tries to be successful. You should test your packages better before selling them to customers. If I haven't almost destroyed the container to be able to open it, I would be returning it. If you add a HARD child-resistant cap because you are more of a "medication" than a "recreational oil", then go full medication, and please add better instructions. However, the best solution would be to tone down the hardness to open the cap OR test better your products for malfunctions. | ||
