| I have nothing negative to say. They stand by their warranty 1000%. I had a vape develop a crack on the base and once I contacted them and made a warranty claim, it was delivered in less than a week along with a surprise bonus and a 15% coupon. Being happy with the service and the product. Sadly I had to make another warranty claim, but excited to say they are honoring it once again and someone me two new vapes! | ||
