| The staff at this establishment should take a moment to consider how their tone and approach affect others. The way people are spoken to, especially with visible frustration or aggression, makes a difference. I accidentally parked in their designated spot for 30 mins (Parking is 15 mins) while dealing with an urgent situation. I am currently pregnant and experiencing morning sickness, and needed to quickly find a bathroom. When I returned to my vehicle, an employee approached me in a raised and aggressive manner, without any attempt to understand the situation. I fully acknowledge that I was in the wrong for parking there. However, the response felt unnecessarily harsh. It came across as though there was an eagerness to escalate rather than handle the situation with basic consideration. I later called to discuss what happened and was met with a similar tone and quickly dismissed. Given that this store promotes health-related products, I would expect a level of awareness and care in how customers are treated. Based on this experience, I would recommend going elsewhere. | ||
