| I've been a regular customer at the Country Hills Cana Cabana for almost 3 years and always had good experiences with most of the staff — they're usually friendly and respectful. Lately though, the store has gone downhill. Products are often out of stock and the quality hasn't been great. While I was calmly discussing these issues with one of the employees, another staff member (older man with a white beard) jumped in, became very rude and confrontational, spoke disrespectfully, and told me to leave. This was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I hope management looks into both the inventory problems and staff behaviour, because this location used to be much better. | ||
