| I went in this evening to an empty store and asked the employee for assistance and was pretty bluntly directed to a display case with the items I was apparently looking for. The main issue with this is that the store's own labels on the packages only listed strain, pack size and price. No information otherwise and their labels cover the packaging and any information on it. Unfortunately even when I have visited this location in the past, staff have been reluctant to help and made me feel like I have been inconveniencing them, even when I have known exactly what I needed. Confusing to experience this when I still have excellent experiences with their delivery team that is still labelled as AFFX on relevant sites? Considering my in store experiences have gone downhill since the change to HighLife. | ||
