This is my second one star review of this location, this time, I entered the store April 16th knowing exactly what I wanted at 10:55pm and was told I couldn't be served because the attendant decided to keep counting his second register, instead of momentarily breaking from it to serve me. It's a whole hour to close up time? I understand the product gets moved, but do that first then? You should have the knowledge of the stock to backup the kiosk when it's off the floor. Not only that, he was counting it on the sales floor, which as far as I can remember working for this god awful company, was against the SOP of cash handling. He also unlocked the camera door knowing he was busy. Maybe the manager here should do a better job of following and teaching the service cycle. DROP WHAT YOURE DOING.
Here is my previous review:
Company has such a poor system for their inventory you can never actually expect the item you ask for to be there unless you're looking at it physically.
Why trademark the Fastender if you won't develop it?
Reply: Your excuse of demand doesn't mean much in an industry heavily scrutinized by documentation and attention to detail. How your associates manage to lose $100 (5 units) of product by your poor systems should be your main issue.
