I've been a regular customer here for quite some time for both cannabis and pet products, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I recently purchased a Benny Blunto, and when I opened it outside the store in their parking lot, I immediately noticed that the blunt was broken. Within less than a minute, I went back inside to speak with the budtender and explain the situation. I wasn't asking for a refund—just a simple exchange for an intact product.
Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done and that I would have to contact the manufacturer or corporate myself. This response was frustrating, especially considering the issue was identified immediately on-site. From my experience with other dispensaries, situations like this are usually handled quickly with a replacement, especially when the product is opened right away.
I don't believe customers should be held responsible for potentially mishandled or defective products, particularly when the issue is brought up right after purchase. After working a long 14-hour shift, I was simply looking to relax, and instead I ended up wasting $20 on a product I couldn't use.
The budtender, Gurleen, did not offer any assistance or escalate the issue to management, which made the situation even more disappointing.
Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. As a regular customer, I expected better. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
