| A Penske delivery truck servicing this Value Buds location completely blocked the only available exit from a section of the parking lot, trapping 10–12 vehicles for 15 minutes with no alternative egress. When asked to briefly clear the route so trapped motorists could leave, the driver refused. Value Buds staff then intervened with incredibly rude and hostile behavior—yelling, ordering me off the public sidewalk, and defending the blockage by claiming this is their "regular Friday delivery time." Blocking exit routes is a serious safety hazard, and the staff's unprofessional conduct made a bad situation worse. Video evidence of the full blockage and interaction has been submitted to the City of Edmonton 311 and EPS non-emergency for review. | ||
