Well there goes a customer, who's been coming here since the doors first opened.
Purchased a vape cartridge not even 24 hrs ago, was told to keep the receipt "just in case." Went back in today and saw the original staff member who recommended the cartridge and asked if I can return it, as it's not at all what I was asking for and not a good recommendation for me. Was then directed to the "assistant supervisor" (?) who ultimately said they could only offer me 10% off a new cartridge so I'd have to spend over $120 to be satisfied. Was redirected to speak to the manager / owner, but of course they weren't available. Terrible terrible customer service. Never spending another cent here again, nor will I recommend.
