| Unfortunately they do not stand by their products. Purchased two 510 carts from them and when I got home and opened them they would not work. Tried the usual techniques of heating under water, in hands, and pre-heating. Brought them back to the store and the BT called the manager to approve the refund as they did not have anymore. The manager gave me the run around about how you need to pre-heat, warm, and all that to which I explained that I work for a dispensary in town and I am fully aware that with these carts you have to do this… so he changed his tune to I can call the LP and see if they will help me... the carts do not work simple as that.. any other dispensary in town, if the carts do not work, they would change them out for the same one or if the same one is not available they refund… once looking at the packaging… these carts were over a year and a half old, no wonder they are bad. Really to bad that they don't stand behind this. Especially since it is super easy for them to do an OCS return on a faulty cart.I'll stick to my True North and Willie's who stand behind their products and help their clients when issues arise. | ||
