STAFF HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCTS: SELLS DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND REFUSES REFUNDS
I purchased a vape battery and noticed immediately that it did not work. The voltage was stuck at 1.9 and would not go up or down. I've bought this particular battery before and I know it's supposed to go up to a voltage of 4. I returned to the store only 15 minutes after originally purchasing the product, and the same guy who sold it to me was still there. He offered to replace the battery, but after trying two other batteries, they had the exact same issue: frozen voltage that would not heat the cartridge. He kept saying maybe it was the cartridge and wouldn't listen to me or believe me when I said it was definitely the battery that didn't work. He also said that he could not guarantee they would work and that he didn't know anything about the product because "he doesn't vape." While this was happening, another girl came into the store and said she bought a vape here a week ago and it also didn't workâhe denied this as well.He continuously refused to give me a refund. I asked for a resolution, and he kept using gaslighting tactics against me, saying things like "everyone knows that vapes don't work often," and claiming it was my responsibility to know how to use the product. When I said I do know how to use it and know for sure the batteries are defective, he said, "There's no way all three batteries don't work."
