| I've been a daily customer here for a year because it's close, but I'm done. Staff are rude—last couple times, the guy got annoyed answering basic menu questions (no extra screens to browse), snapped at me in Hindi to "hurry up," and kept bringing the wrong products. Their infused pre-rolls are garbage—out of three, only one works, two are duds wasting my money. When I complain, they make excuses instead of fixing it for a loyal customer. Now add the ID hypocrisy: sells to underage kids daily without checking, but hassles me (24, bearded adult) every time. Illegal and biased—Ontario age is 19, check everyone under 25. Fire this staff, retrain everyone. Switching shops for good! | ||
