| First time using this place. Had a problem with the website so I ended up calling. Sure enough once I called it work. What bothered me was how I truly felt that young girl thought it was funny or that I'm that stupid, I'm leaning more to that I'm stupid. I don't like customer service like that. That's why I hung up the phone because if I said something it would have been rude. PICKED UP STUFF Feb. 23 evening time. | ||

| UPDATED...AGAIN NO IM GOOD YOUR LOVELY LADIES THERE ARE TO MUCH, plus ONLY PLACE that needs Credit card and I guess that cause of fraud according to the ladies. And that tells me you have a lot of not good people going into your store. I have found a new place. THANK YOU not THANK YOU DID like this store until today. WONT BE BACK and I'm consistent. You say you're connected to OCS. OCS doesn't demand credit cards at your door! Neither does Walmart neither does Tim Hortons neither does the Superstore. THEN THE BEST PART IS IS WHEN THE TWO GIRLS IN THERE ARE LAUGHING AT THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER WASTED 40 MINUTES OF THEIR TIME OVER A CREDIT CARD. Another BEST PART is when they brought up fraud and I asked are you the cops? And then she says "WE ARE CONNECTED TO OCS we are the Government" ALSO this is the INLY place that has EVER damdee a Credit card for the order. YES I KNOW WHAT IT SAYS WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER. But I also know it was my 3rd order was the you guys and probably over 20 orders THROUGH dutchie. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. you wish you were the government. Last BEST PART is how LOSING A CUSTOMER IS NOTHING NG FOR THEM. So what is the point of the account we're doing all of this for points? CAN'T ADD CANADIAN BANKS EITHER?!)! THE APP IS A WASTE OF TIME AND A WASTE OF EVERYTHING. But I'm glad those workers have so much class and can deal with customer service so well!!!
