Was not very happy with my experience a week or so ago. I made an order after work using the spark app for a joint and an edible. Once I got to the pops establishment I was met by a head around the corner which was unnerving to say the least. I was asked to provide ID, which I pleasantly showed. It wasn't good enough through the clear holder on my wallet so they asked me to take it out. After inspecting it again he made me take out another piece of identification!! Once I finally made it through their extensive security I was able to pay for my preordered products. I must note that the budtender had made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the interaction. I could not recommend going to this dispensary as anywhere else has better pricing and items.
Terrible terrible terrible service. I have never never ever gone to a weed store and the employee acted this rude and disrespectful way towards me. Like this was my first stop in Niagara region and this is the experience I get. I am usually the type not to cause issues but Goddarm I was really hurt by the employee actions. I will never never ever comeback here ever again. Stay AWAY If you can

Honestly wanted a different selection from the stores I normally go to, came here and was initially pleasantly surprised, quickly however I realized their selection wasn't for me, the bud tender wasn't the friendliest about me taking a minute to decide what I want. Once I decided I came home to smoke and here's what I found- the first joint didn't pull or stay lit, the second joint, had a broken container that could've cut me if I wasn't careful. I hope that the store takes this into consideration
