Excellent princing, friendly staff and good selection
Over priced and sell damaged products. I got home and opened my brand new cart for it to be covered in sticky liquid, called the store they told me to come in so I drove there and when I got there he said all he could do was wipe it off. Save the trip.
Met Mike who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will for sure be back!
Came in for a new battery and cartridge. The gentleman working tonight was very professional and kind, helped show me how the new battery works and everything. Thank you again! ❤️
Wouldn't deliver my order, accused me of trying to scam them by paying for an item upfront that they never delivered. (First order made and error in putting in address). 7 days later still dont have my refund, manager or owner hung up on me twice.
Don't shop here Brant Cannabis is way better and understands customer service.
This is exactly the problem. You assumed from the start that I was scamming you.
I never threatened anyone. I asked for a phone call because the buzzer system does not work, I put the unit number in the wrong place. Instead of listening to anything I had to say you had an attitude starting talking about "chargeback" and said I'll give you a refund. My problem is I still have no refund 7 days later, but you are accusing me of scamming you. Mike.
Because I mixed up the unit number for street address your driver ended up at a park. I explained I put the unit number in the wrong place.
I asked if I could update the address. You called me back, said we can't deliver to park, I tried to explain again that put my unit number in the wrong place. You already decided I was scamming you, kept saying the name you put down, then when I asked why you keep saying the "the name I put down" like I was trying to scam you. You said you'll get a refund and hung up the phone.
Then your system sent a text that my order would be refunded 3-5 days.
5 days later I call back because I have no refund. Again rude and short, again hung up on me after telling me to ca ..
