Bought a $40 hq that had a broken/melted seal and the flower smelled off, clearly a safety hazard. Manager refused to provide a refund or exchange. Unacceptable product and service. I have been through this with spirit leaf and they don't even blink twice. Save your money and go to spirit leaf.

Staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable, except one time one of the white female staff came up to my dog and kissed it without my permission…. She was weird and I think she was a manager so she should know better.
Other than that, I wish for the love of God yall would bring in a better rotation. It's the same thing almost every week and it's boring after you have 2-3 times. Please have a better rotation that is actually a rotation and not just a re-stock of whatever you already were carrying in store. Please.
