Why close the store from 745 - 830 pm when they close at 10pm.? Shitty customer service. Save yourself the hassle and wait go anywhere else.!!!!!
Hands down my favourite cannabis store in Kenora, dope service/selection, good vibes and good weed, plus they always make sure you're of age which I appreciate, brains need to grow yo.
10/10 experience. Unparalleled. I was being followed from across town and dipped into this store asking if I could hang out while I waited for a ride. The gentleman working immediately agreed, helped me get in contact with police, and tracked the guy on the cameras. He even stood up for me by telling the police that the follower had been lurking outside for the entire time I was in the store. He was very concerned for my safety while still tending to other customers. The gummies I got there were excellent as well.
I live less than a block away and will not go to this store again. Staff is great but that's not the problem with the store. And YES YOU HAVE BEEN CLOSED when the website says you were open. An owner that argues with people when they give a bad review is a bad owner. Go ahead and post whatever you want as a reply. Don't care.
Friendly service from Matt, knowledgeable in all products. Knows the effects, the terms, and any ifo he can get his hands on.
