Love the new look of the store! There's a cute Chinese guy working here. My English isn't good, but he helped me in Chinese. Super nice, thanks a lot
Friend and I were ordering today and she had so many issues over the phone for over 2 hours with the store due to an issue with their website. They successfully took 50 dollars and called saying there wasn't product and was asking if we wanted to sub we said yes if it was a product we liked and the same price, couldnt find anything other than things adding up to around 47 dollars and was basically told there is nothing they can do. So instead of a business giving something that is a few dollars to make up for the inconvenience caused, they are okay with making the customer pay more for less product and expect us to be okay with PAYING EXTRA for product we are not getting. Horrible customer service. Horrible management, we used to go a lot, will not be going anymore.
Excellent products. Amazing staff. You need to try their delivery service. Right at my doorsteps within the hour!!!!
Rip-off place sells junky inferior products. Vapes leaking and no refund x 2. Manager hides and won't come out....joke.
Please read: I recently shopped here for the first time yesterday. When I opened my cartridge and tried to use it, it kept saying shorted on my battery so I assumed it was just a connection issue. I tried to look for their return policy online, I couldn't find it on their website but I did take another look at the receipt and there it was on the bottom. When I was trying to look for their policy, I was reading the reviews and it seems like people were having trouble returning cartridges. So I was a little skeptical that I wasnt gonna get a return but I thought I would go in and try anyway.
They were amazing about it! they looked at it and tested it, there was an actual manufacture problem with it and they returned it no problem. I asked them about the reviews they have online just being nosy and curious. They explained to me that a lot of poeple come in without legit manufacture issues (i.e. trying to get a free cartridge with there cartridge being almost empty. or because they simply didnt like it) and therefore they are unable to return it.
I just wanted to leave this review because it seems like a lot of these other reviews are one sided and they didnt get what they wanted to they take it out on the store, which i think is very unfair, they work hard and have policies for a reason. So if you do end up going here just know they are amazing and fair, people just suck. Don't let the reviews fool you.
