I showed up to this shop at 10am and didn't really know what I wanted, just a few joints. The staff member took time with me to find a super fun selection at cost, and was very knowledgeable. I'd go here first before any other dispensary, they seem rad and they have a bong tip jar, make sure to show your appreciation for folks working!

Because I Am 🇨🇦😉😎👌The Staff are All Fabulous here in Canmore Alberta's Location I use to Only shop @ Canna Cabana for my NUGGAGE however my late wife Cynthia insisted that I give Fire 🔥 and Flower 🌹 a try and I hit it off with the staff right away and I have not been anywhere else for my Bud since Eh! I was buying the Blue Thai pre rolls for a week and I really enjoyed them! However the PURPLE FOG (Indica) I got from my Brother from Another Mother at 🔥 & 🌺 today is some of the Best Bud I have Had from any Dispensary and the staff I've met with the exception of 1 have been fabulous!!! I look forward to shopping there again soon. Oh yeah if you're worried about not getting what you want just order Online and pick it up Eh!!!

The staff member just gave me the worst customer service. I've never felt so rushed and unwelcome in a store. The man (maybe late 30's) couldn't even have the decency to ask me how I was. Super unfriendly. He was zero help with giving me options for helping me choose what I wanted as I wasn't too sure. I got the attitude of "right what do you want and hurry up". All he wanted to do was throw the products at me so I'd leave the store sooner. Whether he was rushing to get back to something that he was doing out back, there still should be some sort of decent customer service given.
I recently visited Fire and Cannabis and had one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at a store. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me with clear age-based discrimination. Instead of being helpful or respectful, they made me feel unwelcome and judged simply because of my age.
No customer should ever be made to feel this way — especially in a place that's supposed to be friendly and professional. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on how to treat all customers with basic courtesy and equality. He got very ubset when I was just being polite and trying to start conversations it frightened me.
