I work for another local dispensary, and I like to shop for neat stuff that is exclusive to other stores. Had the misfortune of dealing with Brooke last night, and the time previously. She has a sour attitude and is super rude. She has zero product knowledge, despite apparently working there for a year. Won't attempt to answer questions about products in any capacity, even searching them in COVA or reading the back of the package. Doesn't know what's on sale. Ordering anything from her is like pulling teeth, because she just truly has no idea what you're talking about - even if you provide all the information (brand, strain, weights, type of product). Honestly, I won't be returning specifically because I don't want to deal with her. Which is too bad, because the guy who is always there during the days and the other lady are both great.
I had an amazing experience at Fire & Flower Canada! Lukas was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service like this keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location—ask for Lukas if you want top-tier service!

Sadly, I cannot continue shopping there; I know it's cliche to say, but you have lost a customer.
I went there today to get a few items which were selling for much cheaper at your competitor and asked the cannista to price match. She did not want to at first but then asked me to show her the price. I told her that I did not have a phone with me but that she could look it up for herself in less than a minute. Her reply to that was, "I'm supposed to let the customers do all the work." Finally she agreed to take the 20 seconds to look it up and they were in fact much cheaper.
She told me that she could not "Ad Match" because the items were on sale. I informed her that before I came into the store that I looked up the company's policy and it clearly states on the website's FAQ that: "...if you find a lower every day or advertised sale price on an identical item currently in-stock [...] we'll match it." She said that she didn't care what the website said, her boss told her not to do it because "people are getting in trouble for giving discounts".
She knew I could get them cheaper, I only asked because I'm a/was a loyal customer. Making me go to the other shop for no reason was unacceptable.
Years of customer loyalty gone because she didn't want to price match. Look up the account under the number 306-692-2999 and know that you lost that account for about $16. Not only did I get the items I wanted at the other store for the correct price, the cannista at the other store g ..
Another great shop in Moose Jaw with a dope selection of any and every type of way to imbibe safely and responsibly, complete with absolutely amazing staff, like Brooke, who is so helpful and friendly and definitely brightens my day each time I am in the shop during her shifts 👌🏼
