I want to update my rating to 5 stars as this would've been the case prior to 1 week ago. The Ancaster location is my go-to shop for all cannabis products - Katherine is fantastic and knows me well, she's always friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving 3 stars for now is because a week ago my order was missing 2 items and I haven't been able to get in touch with the store to address this - their phone line is still not working, it's been about 3 weeks now. I've tried to email hello@mycannaverse.ca which is also not working (see photo). I also sent a DM to the instagram account but no reply. I'd like to resolve this asap and then I'll be happy to update my rating. Hopefully I'll get a reply here, otherwise I will finally be able to visit in person again soon. However, customers should be able to call the store - that way the issue with my purchase could have been noted the same day, plus it would be nice to be able to call to confirm online orders prior to going to the shop, especially for those of us that spend a lot on larger orders. Thanks!
As always Katherine took care of me again today. Her sweet bubbly personality always makes a stop in at cannaverse worth it. She is so knowledgeable and is always so polite. As someone in management myself....a team full of Katherine's would be a dream!!!

Place is a joke. Way too many dispensaries around to settle for this
I discovered this dispensary purely by chance when my mom sent me on a quest to find CBD oil as she read its benefits, and after finding Cannaverse and being highly impressed with the very first staff encounter, I have been a regular visitor ever since. Residing outside the city, I make a one-hour drive to this location due to its extensive range of products. The customer service is exceptional. Katherine, one of the budtenders I frequently interact with, is always a pleasure to talk to. There is another budtender whose name escapes me, but I believe he is of South Asian descent, and he also provides outstanding service.
The establishment itself is spacious, well-lit, and efficiently organized. I appreciate their membership program, which offers discounts on all products upon signing up. Not all dispensaries operate this way; some have specific days for product sales, which is acceptable, but Cannaverse stands out to me for this reason. The store is situated in a bustling plaza that features everything from grocery stores to fast food outlets and a gym, making it convenient for all your needs. I highly recommend visiting Cannaverse; I assure you that you will be pleased with both the product selection and pricing. Their consistency in product quality is also commendable.
Really nice atmosphere and staff. Katherine was very friendly and helpful when it came to providing suggestions as to what I should get. I definitely will be back :)
