I've been a regular customer here for the past 3 months, and this is hands down my favorite cannabis store in Calgary. The customer service is simply outstanding. From the manager, who knows me by name, to every member of the staff, everyone is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.
They have an amazing selection of products at some of the best prices I've found, but it's the people who keep me coming back. Every visit feels personal, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.

So, it's been a few years since I'd last had any weed but lately with a different shift time at work I really just wanted something to help me relax and in the evening and get more sleep. With all the names and strains there are now, I just didn't want to blunder into a high pressure sales environment and, not wanting to look stupid, agree to something with a cool name I've never heard of, makes me paranoid, and costs me a fortune. I took a breath stepped inside and... It was a really cool place. The sales person there, Kayla was amazing! She asked if I knew what I wantand when I confessed it had been a long time we had a good conversation about how I used to use a weed a lot to help me sleep back in my 20's, I mentioned some of the strains I'd tried and liked back then and some I didn't and before I knew it she had two she thought I should try and I was surprised by how inexpensive it all was. Thank-you so much, I will definitely be coming back.
Was visiting the area and my husband was looking for a store. We ended up coming to this location and had a wonderful experience. Mind you, I don't smoke but I enjoyed the atmosphere and the employee Kayla answered all my stupid questions and helped my husband pick out some nice alternatives to his usual back here at home. It's nice to see friendly staff who know their product and take their time to say hi and answer questions, that I'm sure they get all the time. Lol!
