Very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for months and have recommended this store to many friends. Yesterday, I bought a $50 vape pod, but when I got home it immediately showed "Short Circuit" and wouldn't work. When I tried to remove it, it broke. I returned to the store less than 15 minutes later, expecting some kind of help or solution, but I was simply told, "There's nothing I can do for you." The way I was spoken to was just as disappointing as the lack of customer service. This is not how you treat loyal customers. I won't be coming back, and I definitely won't be recommending this store anymore. A little customer care goes a long way.
It's funny how you completely ignored the actual issue and focused only on the fact that the pod broke. The pod displayed "Short Circuit" the very first time I used it. It was already defective before I even tried to remove it. Yet your entire response conveniently ignores that. Instead, you chose to publicly accuse a loyal customer of lying rather than simply explain your return policy professionally. Anyway, I'm pretty sure anyone who reads your response will turn around and never set foot in your store. Take Care.
The worker really understood the product extremely well. I went in very specific request and he understood and translated back some options to me and explain to what he was saying actually meant to me as a customer and was really positive and really likeable guy for weed was also really good.
Music is amazing. Smells good. Great quality service. Couldn't ask for a better experience. If you're in the shop and you meet a kind fellow named Cheyanne make sure you chat with him. He's incredibly kind
Hey, just visited here on 10th June late night. I think I was being helped by Cheyenne. Really good experience, elevated experience with a very thorough chat about what I needed to sleep. Really cool, dope guy. 10/10 customer service, warm and friendly! 😬
