Helped by tosh dimitriv super nice guy and had a great in store experience!
I had such a great experience at Value Buds in the plaza! The young lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they're looking for. Her positive energy made my whole visit better. I'll definitely be back because of her!
I have to say, I've been to a few locations, and this by far is my fave. There's a lady who works there, I believe Bradey? She has been awesome every time I've come in...shes the first face I look for to answer my questions!! Knowledgeable and friendly...we've had some good chats lol.
My sister, a disabled young woman, was given very rude and inattentive service on February 4, 2026. She asked the young female attendant a couple of questions and was met with dismissive annoyance and blatant rudeness, from her entry till checkout. I am NOT impressed with how my sis was treated.
Been there twice now and never again....woman seemed so annoyed I was even in there 😒 I may have asked for something that wasn't in stock yet but her attitude and tone sucked !!! I just lost my best friend to cancer at 49 so be nice 😪 you never know someone's battles.
Ps there is a plethora of pot shops to spend my $$ you were just convenient today.
